Hello ... the tests I did was disconnect the bulb and everything remained the same ... I get in touch and hear the "click" characteristic of the relay and start the electro fan to work ..
When thinking that with the electro the temperature did not rise, disconnect the fan ... but the temperature needle did not rise either.
I think it's the relay ... and I don't know where it is located ... please help.

Possibly there is a false contact or deficiency in the relay. When you remove it, look at the socket and its contacts. I send you an image of the relay that this model usually equips in my first response, since in comments you cannot upload images.

Thanks mangel.I could solve it ... what I did was take out the bulb ... and let all the water go away ... clean it and put it back ..
After that a 5-pin relay that is close to the rifle ... and I reconnected it ...
Now it marks the temperature ... and I don't turn on the electro as soon as I get in touch ... I don't know it would have been ... but it was solved ... since thank you very much.
Ha..and a light appeared on the board when the problem had started ... now it was solved
