Good morning, in the last days I noticed that when starting the car it cost more than usual, the starter sounded like more off than normal, until yesterday I finally stopped working, I had to push it to start again.
At first I thought it was the battery but when measuring it at the time of turning off the engine it gave me 12.53V and 9 hours later it gave me 12.38V so I deduce that the battery is not the problem, since it keeps the charge
I leave a video of the sound that makes the boot right now
Car model: Fiat 147 Spazio tr - Nafta
Thanks in advance
Hi.
It seems to indicate a malfunction of the solenoid (automatic) as it seems to be deficient activation of the electro magnet of the solenoid.
Salu2.
Good! You must disassemble, because of the noise it makes it seems to me that you have a problem in the fork of the boot and you should check the bushings. Those starts bring a plastic fork that are very wear out because of the bad condition of the bushings. I hope you can solve. Regards
