Someone could help me Every day I have to push my car to start it because it runs out of battery I checked with a multimeter the values twenty minutes after using it and off gave me 13.3 v. I started and gave me 14.4 which tells me that the alternator works and then I turned it off and I measured and it gave me 12.8, I tried to turn it on and nothing. 12 and peak gave me off but when I put it in contact I went down to 11.6 and I understand that it takes up to 12 to turn on. What do you think that might be? It is a fiat Palio elx 1.4 2007

If the alternator is good, it may be that the battery no longer holds a charge or you have a discharge that is not interrupted when the power is cut off. Another fault could be the starter motor. When charging the battery if it is in good condition, if it should start.

Hi. The strange thing is the fall when putting only in contact, different would be a significant voltage drop when turning the ignition for starter drive. This situation seems to indicate a positive ground condition in the wiring from the ignition key and / or poor ground wires, including the negative to the chassis. Salu2.

It depends where Braian is measuring the tension, point of failure can be concluded.
Because if you measure directly on the battery terminals (lead), the voltage cannot fall immediately. If it falls immediately, it is that the battery does not retain charge.
Different results if it is measured on the battery terminals, because there may be a bad contact, product of sulfation, in the same terminal.
