Hi.
Dear, you have the oil loading lid on the valve cover, it is logical that it splashes or stains because it is necessary for the camshaft to lubricate properly. The dipstick has a top seal that dries out and allows oil to escape.
A little venting is natural, does not consume oil, the spark plugs and the exhaust are normal, there would be no cause for concern.
In any case, use a pressure gauge from the engine to verify the real pressure, cold and hot. The engine oil level should remain slightly below the maximum so that there are no high pressures.
Any doubt about the general state of the engine to dispel doubts is performed a leak test and compression of the cylinders.
Salu2.
