My gillet styler right where the battery goes notice that it is sulphating. And when you want to turn it on it does not work. Does this problem have a solution or will I have to buy another one?

Mi gillet styler justo donde va la pila note que se esta sulfatando. Y al momento de querer prenderla no funciona. Tiene solución éste problema o me voy a tener que comprar otra?
