Kyoritshu 3301 insulation meter did not work

I have the meter indicated above, but the battery cables have been released and since I have no scheme and I do not see the welds, I do not know where to weld the cables. It is very old and I can't find any scheme of possible connections. In response to the forum I upload photographs where it is clear that the cables have been desoldered because they are very thin and not being held by any grip.
