Hi. Dear, the issue is that the water stopcocks corresponding to the water tank on the roof do not close due to the passage of time. I have to perform maintenance on the purge and change anode of the hot water tank in addition to bobbin seals, and obviously I must cut off the water passage. Hello That type of key has no possible repair. It is advisable to use exclusive or more modern types, full-pass metal with steel ball. Always place double junction, before or after the carry to repair or replace. Regards

Yes, the lock I think is the best option. I already have a prepared industrial type with a long rod casting body to place in the lowering of the deposit, I would miss the other, I do not know the quality that will come now. Anyway, I already managed to make it work a little, I think I will manage to close it.

The only way to keep ANY stopcock (especially those that are exposed to the weather) is, from time to time, to operate them, I don't know; even twice a year. The exclusives also get stuck, lose and sometimes do not close Greetings and luck
