It is a 15 Kg GE washing machine in which the Centrifuge operates normally, but at the time of Washing the Agitator does not move. In this washer, the motor has a small electronic card (motion sensor) inserted, which I already replaced it , but the problem continues. I understand that in this model, under the agitator there is a float which allows the agitator to be coupled to the transmission. The question is how? I do to remove this agitator. Is it necessary to previously remove a bolt? Friends, according to your experience, I hope you make the comments that allow me to find the solution to this problem, I thank you in advance ..

put pieces of wood under the agitator, in such a way that you lift and you can put the fingers of the hands and pulls and it comes out easily, you can also with the screwdriver handles, you put them under the agitator and it is easier, on the weight sensor, check that 12vdc voltage arrives from the card, if it does not check broken wires.

Tell me if the agitator is fixed by a bolt, to remove it before pulling.

I already took out the agitator. I put a wooden strip, under pressure, under the agitator, and on the opposite side I inserted a rope under the fins; and jalè by hitting a hammer up.
Then I took out the FLOAT and found that it was damaged, it has a crack where water leaks into the air chamber, preventing it from floating.
As soon as I replace the float, I will comment on the operation of the washing machine. Regards
