Hello, I have a brand-new brand new heater without a pilot flame Volcan 315KAV for liquefied gas (factory). Even the gas reaches the water heater - it is a new 45kg tube. The water is OK. When I open the hot water tap, the spark plug (spark plug) starts to run but no gas comes out, therefore the pilot never turns on. No gas comes out ... I disassembled the pilot and the spout but it is clean (as I told you the heater is new). One person told me that it could be the "solenoid valve" that would not be allowing the passage of gas; but it catches my attention that it is "stuck" being that the device is new. Can be?
