Good night, the problem is the following: the spinning tub does not spin, I opened it and I could see that it had loose screw (gif.1) that goes in the piece that joins the arrow of the motor with the base of the tub.
When I start the arrow, it turns as long as the screw mentioned above is loose.
I placed the screw on a flat part of the arrow on the inner part of the base connector with an arrow, I tightened it in the correct position and when I started the engine it simply DID NOT TURN. he was "stuck" he could hear his intention to work but did not turn.
At the beginning when the engine started to fail, it started, and it remained "stuck", it was enough to slightly shake the body of the washing machine and that movement towards which the tub turned, as the days went by, it was no longer working or shaking the body of the washing machine or anything.
Other elements such as: balata, chicote, everything is well adjusted.
The only thing that occurs to me is that the capacitor might have a deficiency at the time of starting, but I don't know what else to think.
If you give me any suggestions for a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Fer, I already made all the adjustments, I replaced one with a damaged one, everything is fine, the preparation is fine, the capacitor is still working, but, when the engine starts working, the centrifuge tub tilts and starts to hit very ugly, with a light load a 2 light clothes makes it ugly, but with more it leans a little more and hits a lot, even at rest without load it remains inclined the engine has the tub fitting tightly adjusted but leans and I don't know how to keep it level, with no load is inclined and if it works it seems that it has a horse of the noise it makes.

Hello Apollonius thanks for the advice, I checked the base and the tub and sometimes it turned everything completely, then I took out the tub and lubricated it, I removed rust remains and again it turned well, I placed it exactly the same but I don't know where I was wrong or because the tub remains tilted, the engine and the arrow are level, the tub fits well into the coupling but leans to one side as if the weight is winning and I do not understand that part
