Hello good afternoon; this time I have a problem with a Koblenz washing machine; I only had the fault in the card, I changed it and it worked well, now it makes a very ugly noise when carving the clothes, if the load is light it does not make any noise but if it is loaded a little more it makes noise as if something hit or if some gear was wrong, I already removed the agitator but I cannot remove the nut because the agitator gear does not know how to remove it, although I move the gear by hand it is very good, it does not make me any noise and is without any game ; My doubt where will the problem be?
