Eder, if you can write down the model of the blender, I have worked two models, one with mechanical speed centrifugal regulator and a small electronic card and another with Hall type sensor and annular magnet on the arrow that are part of the speed control.
They are very different in their operation.

Perfect Eder, in the photo in the upper left corner wears a three-pin harness, there the Hall sensor is connected, which together with a magnet placed on the motor arrow serve as a rotation speed regulator, verify that the magnet is present and do not have breaks and that the Hall sensor is working.
