Hi, I have a microwave that has fried the condenser and a fuse, but I have doubts with the magnetron. If I measure continuity between terminals F and FA it gives me continuity. And I really doubt if that should be so. With the housing none of the terminals gives continuity. I have removed the back cover and the connections are perfect, there is nothing that one. How to know if it's ok? Greetings, Cease.

Try another magnetron.

Thank you very much for your help.
The problem is that I have no other.
As you can verify a capacitor, resistance, fuse .... without needing another, the issue is to know what "normal" results are obtained by verifying a magnetron.
That is what I need to know.

Check that the magnets are not with game or broken, sometimes these are normal but do not work there to check with another.

Good morning, you must change the capacitor and fuses and verify the diode, you should only measure between the magnetron terminals a very low continuity and then between the metal part and the terminals there should be no continuity. There is no test to determine if the magnetron is issuing, unless you try it on another good machine and if it is an inverter it must be the same, or in another one you try with another magnetron of the same characteristics, magnetron continuity tests are only for establish if the magnetron has a crossing or not, greetings.

I thought so, but before making a decision with the magentron, I wanted to know your ideas / impressions.
Thank you.

Change the condenser and shoot.
The failures of one do not affect the other. A failure of the magnetron; capacitor or high diode, affects the high transformer and fuse.
