good afternoon I have a card of those fans that use water, the problem is that when you connect it turns on the red power LED and when I give the power button nothing happens, but when I disconnect it sounds a whistle like the of the microwaves and obviously the LED goes out .... BUT WHEN I CONNECT AND DISCONNECT IT RAPIDLY WHEN THE PITO SOUNDS I CONNECT IT AGAIN AND GIVE IT POWER AND IT WORKS PROPERLY, WHAT WILL THAT FAIL?
