What I tried was to bypass the different speeds of the fan from the traditional mechanical enhancer to see if it started and with the minimum speed I was trying to force but not moving it. I thought it could be a bad connection of the windings and the capacitor, or improper capacitor. I measured the two windings with the taster to identify starting work and common. And I connected the 2.75 uF capacitor in series to the start, the neutral directly to the work and the phase to the common. Well, that way I started it and burned the starter winding to my regret!
