Liliana fan standing, does not turn and heats.

Hi. Goodnight. I have a Liliana standing fan, which heats, makes noise and barely tends to spin the blades. The problem arose from one day to the next, which directly did not react. Looking, I realized that I had a short thermal fuse. I bought a similar one and replaced it. The problem is that now it warms up, the blades barely make a shipment and they stop and giving the shipment with the hand (like an old plane) does not work, it never finishes starting. I noticed that it has a fuse that must be started, but I understand that if that were the problem, I would have to start giving it an envy. When it is off, the vanes rotate without problem, so I suppose it should not be the bushings (it only has one year of use). Will it be winding? I would appreciate help. Regards!

Hello Leo, if the engine is caught when you want to turn, you have to disassemble it and check the slack of the bushings, usually Liliana spends the butt because it is forced to the side by the transmission of the endless, the change is to be done carefully already which has a spherical bushing held by an easy-to-damage sheet holder (thank you for comments)

I read the capacitor is 1.5 MF and they are not expensive change it and make sure

I changed the capacitor, and still doing the same thing ... I think it's the winding.

Hello companion, possibly your starter capacitor this ko check it out or change a photo anyway it looks enough to see what type of motor is a greeting comment and give like and solution

Ok .. just in case I will change the capacitor. As soon as I can send a photo.

Hello mate. Try as follows. Disconnect the capacitor and plug it in, and with the hand it turns in any direction, and comments if it turns or stops. Luck.

Disconnecting the capacitor does almost the same thing .. noise and braking when driven by hand.

Even if you turn free with the engine off, it does not mean that the bushings are fine. Change the bushings and the capacitor for one of the same characteristics. Armendo

You can try another gentle with the same characteristic, and most likely the starter coil.

If, when driven by hand, it does not start or tether (magnetizes by emitting a buzzer) but heats up almost instantly, then the fault is a partial loss of magnetic winding of the winding (the electromagnetic field generated by the winding is weak) and there is no more to wind up or a new one with guarantee, luck and comments.

When you push it with your hand it does not start, just try to move. It makes noise and heats, even disconnecting the capacitor. There I added a photo (without the capacitor). Winding it exceeds my knowledge Is it convenient to send it to wind or is it a short term solution? Thank you!

If you disconnect the capacitor to test, you must join the wires to close the circuit. No need to disconnect. If the fault is only the capacitor, with one impulse it must start, although with less speed and in both directions.

Compare costs of winding it (and make sure that the thermal fuse is placed) and a new one with warranty, or get a used one or another similar vent, luck and comments.

The cost of winding it is half the fan. It also leaves it in a single speed. I dont think it's worth it. I learned a lot anyway ... Thank you!
