I try it by connecting directly ... the fan starts but it works slow ... I thought it was only because of the slower speed ... but no ... it's just slow at all speeds ... the blades move freely ... but the engine overheats too much ... if you get a little closer it will radiate a lot heat..the capacitor is 1.5uf..and I tried it with a 2.5..nose if this will be the problem ... it makes me feel the winding..but how to know? just by discarding?
