If the emergency shutdown is activated, logically the spark plug will not have a spark. What happened to me with a motorcycle is that somehow they left hanging the wiring of the cdi causing friction with the transmission chain and cuts in some cables. I clarify, I am an amateur in mechanics who likes to reach out to his own vehicle and friends if they ask ... I would start by testing with another spark plug, checking the high coil, the cdi, the wiring and finally the captor I hope it has been helpful. Luck...
