You have a grounding (short circuit somewhere) look for a bare wire, break them out, it's safe shortly hot, replace the fuse with a 12-volt lamp (THIS IDEA OF REPLACING THE FUSE WITH A LAMP IS NOT MINE IT WAS CONTRIBUTE FROM ANOTHER FORIST AND I LOOK GOOD), and when you repair the cut the lamp will go out.
