thank you friend and the problem was the cable that comes from the reley to feed the key for something the current did not arrive well false contact or something I tried with the multimeter and I saw that about 7 volts arrived and that was not enough to turn on the 12 bulb lightly tightened the terminals of the wires take another measurement with the multimeter and saw that 12 volts already arrived I put the key change the positions and it worked correctly
