1.-That carburetor has a black (electric) piece, called a choker. First check that it is well mounted. 2.- Check that the diaphragm and spring work properly and that the vacuum channel is not obstructed. Besides that the embolus must rise and fall without problems just by moving it with the tip of the finger. If the diaphragm does not operate correctly then the motorcycle will have a behavior very similar to the one you describe. 4.- Clean the air filter. 5.- blow the spikes with compressed air and adjust the idle screw. 3.- If all of the above is fine, then it is likely that you have a false air inlet in the pipette or the joint where carburetor and pipette sister; check that it is well mounted. Cheers

thank you teacher, I commented and check the choke and it is fine as the diaphragm next to the carburetor has a membrane with a spring to uncover it to wash it I found some gasoline in that place my doubt would be with the empty channel in which I position it and I would like to comment on a detail that I noticed when assembling the carburetor and riding it on the motorcycle. I did not suck the tin fuel, it is clear data so that I can orientate myself.

Make sure the spikes are not covered. I recommend you to disassemble again and use CARBUCLEAN and if you have air under pressure, much better. Throw the carbuclean through all the holes you find and inside the spikes using the applicator that accompanies the container. Make sure the liquid comes out of each hole in the spikes. Do not put anything in them, at most a toothbrush bristle in each hole. The placement of the pieces has no loses. As for the membrane you will find a mark on the body that will indicate the position, in addition to the inside there is a bump that guides the plunger. And it must work. If not, put photos. Cheers

I tell you what I did: Buy the complete carburetor spare parts kit and change everything by following its instructions, the spreas, the plunger, the spring ect and also the electric choke assemble it again, and it is actually working very well already with power and everything well, but a question the spark plugs carbonized a lot of ngk, with cable and cap ngk also now how can I correct that I commented that the mixing screw I gave 2 and a half turns but I do not know if that is correct?

The correct thing is 2 and a half laps. It is what is handled for those motorcycles according to the ideal. However, it depends a lot on your geographical area. Carburar is really an art, there are many factors involved, temperature, season, altitude, pressure. You can go down halfway but I advise you to leave it as is, if you do not notice abnormal functioning. Do not forget to adjust the idle after the engine has a working temperature.
