Friend I discovered something, I must disconnect the cable from the fuel pump float or gauge for the dashboard to work. If I disconnect it and start the car, the frame works for me, but they do not mark me gasoline speed, but if I already start the car and the dashboard I connect it, it starts to mark the fuel level.
I mean the problem came from the fuel measured
