My problem is with a lancer 2002 motor 1.6 I remove the positive cable from the battery and turn off buy a new alternator and the same problem has already changed the alternator 2 times and the battery is new check all the fuses and everything is bn please any help c thanks

That is not a problem, when disconnecting the battery from the system: the alternator can send voltage peaks that exceed 16v and hopefully the ECU or other component is not damaged. It is not a 1960 car to be able to do those tests.
