It is possible if I start the car with a wiring from another car that can start mine and that using it a few minutes I can recharge the battery or that charge is very low and already died, that is, I can not recover more and I must change it.

You can make a bridge from vehicle to vehicle, once you start you have to check if the alternator is charging between 13.8 and 14.4 volts and you should check if the battery accumulates the charge. If you charge correctly and when you start the voltage drops to 9 or less it is a warning that you have to change the battery.
