Good Morning. I have a Fiat VIVACE mod. 94 and the following problem with the horn: when the car is running and, mainly, moving the horn works perfectly. Once I turn off the engine, the horn stops "screaming" and only emits a sound similar to "glock". I already changed fuses, I tweaked the spiers behind the steering wheel (on the controls) and accommodated them, since it didn't even work before. Greetings and I appreciate the help in advance.
