Diesel Pole - Flashes the entire board and does not start

Polo Classic 1.9 Diesel 2005 Hello people. I will try to be brief. I give contact to the pole and you can hear the preheating relay (103) and all the board symbols quickly flash. Even the tachometer goes wild and goes to the maximum. I started by testing like this: I disconnected the preheating spark plugs (I disconnected the round screw connector that is attached to the block) and it comes into contact normally. I cleaned contacts and reconnected and again the error. I removed relay 103 and it comes into contact normally (obviously it does not preheat). I tried the relay outside the car and it's perfect. I removed the preheat box (144) and it also comes into contact without problems. I even checked the brake light bulb. I have no idea what it can be. I measured the battery with a multimeter and it gave me 11.6 What else could I try? The car doesn't even try to start. The whole board goes crazy and if I start it, the whole board is paid and the clock is reset. It is clear that this happened from one moment to another. We arrived on a 150km trip with several stops where it was perfect. I stopped him at home and when I went later to start it all this mess appeared. I will appreciate any help. Thanks and regards.

Try another battery if you have a voltage of 11.6 volts is almost impossible to start. and the fact that when the board is started, the board is turned off and the clock is reset is because all the energy delivered by the battery goes to the starting donkey and is not enough.

Thank you. I was afraid that was it. I did not think of entering the battery because the last time I died one, directly did nothing at all the car. I am going to try.

Hi, do all heaters work correctly (4)? When one begins to fail, they contaminate the others avoiding their start
