Hello Daniel. Sure is the pump locked by already dry fuel residues. You have to take it out, disassemble it completely and clean all its parts. Of course, if the pump is locked, surely the injectors also have the same waste. Whenever a mechanical injection diesel engine is to be stopped for a while, it is advisable to put kerosene instead of diesel since the latter has a percentage of bio-diesel and that makes a "melasa" that sticks all moving parts in the pump and injectors when left unused for a while.
