Hi Edgardo. It is common for CNG regulators to accumulate oil inside them from the suppliers. This becomes so much that the work parameters vary completely and start to make failures like the one you describe, among others. In turn damages the diaphragms and rubber seals. You also have springs that because of use are losing strength and valves that stop sealing completely. You can try to disassemble taking all precautions before removing it such as verifying that the tube and front valves close as you have to disconnect the pipe that brings the 200 bars of pressure. It is something that I would recommend not to do yourself unless you have advanced knowledge given the risk of putting something wrong and having gas leaks that can lead to an explosion in the car or even in the garage where it is stored. I recommend you go to a specialized house because you are not going to get spare parts because by an ENARGAS ordinance only authorized workshops can sell spare parts and repair. A hug.
