Good Morning. I have an Opel Corsa C 1.2 petrol of the year 2003. Today my wife called me, because she went to start the car and did nothing. However, all the indicators of the car, including the radio were on. They have given him a push and the car has started. We thought it could be the battery. But the surprise has been when he has parked and when he removed the contact and the key, the engine was still running and the lights of the box were on normal, as if the contact was on. I told her to try to put the key in and try to give and remove the contact, to see if she could stop it. But it has not worked. Therefore, I have told her to put the handbrake, to step on the brake and put the 5th gear to get it. This has stopped the engine, but the electrical has remained as if the contact was on. I have gone and for now I have disconnected the battery. What could have been the fault? Any solution?
