Directv I need to take out a satellite dish

I am living in a house in Buenos Aires a few months ago, I have to make some arrangements on the roof and the previous owner had the Directv service. The parabolic remained only and I must take it out. My question is the following: two coax cables are coming out of the parabolic spout, which go to a box, from which other coaxes also come out, I suppose for other subscribers (I did not follow the cables too much but more or less I realize). What I want to know is if there is any problem in cutting only the two cables that go to my antenna, that is, I want to be sure that I will not leave anyone without service (not if there is something connected in series). I am struck that two cables are going to the LNB; I thought it was just one, which connects to the decoder. Here are two and also go to a kind of distribution box (I did not open it).

The "difficulty with DIRECTV is that only one TV can be used at a time, if you have two TVs for example you need to have another additional deco, I do not understand that of other subscribers, since they have to be users of the same house, do not ?, If the signal is shared by other houses, you cannot take out the antenna.

Regards! Friend, when you have that arrangement of connections in a satellite dish, two coaxial cables coming down from the antenna and to a box (In that box what there is is a Spliter or signal splitter), what you have is a shared connection of an antenna to Several decoders. An antenna can have an LNB or receiver at the tip of one or two connectors called Double LND and you can connect one or two decoders at a time. Adding a special spliter or splitter for that matter (this is what you call the box or is inside that box), multiple receivers can be connected to a single antenna, depending on the type of spliter or multiswitch, its name itself can be connected 4, 8 or 16 decoders simultaneously to a single antenna and even more, with special amplified multiswitch, for a whole condominium. In addition to that you can add the cable or terrestrial aerial antenna signal for all decos also in other signal inputs that they have. In conclusion, if you remove the antenna or eliminate that arrangement of connections, you are going to leave all those who are connected without satellite signal, and if they have added the cable or terrestrial antenna signal, too. I suggest you study who are connected and if they have this system active, you could choose to move the antenna and the multiswitch box. I hope it serves you and I have not extended too much!

Thanks for your answer. Yes, in fact if there is a switch that connects several users to that antenna, as you tell me, I suppose they should already have problems in reception, because the antenna is not functional, since of the 4 screws with a plug that held it to the ceiling, it was seized of only two, and inclined to a side, by action of the wind. In other words, it is not oriented for satellite reception. And it is somewhat dented as well, which lost its correct curvature. All this since I arrived, several months ago. Will I be able to remove it like this?
