I have seen on youtube tutorials on how to recharge AA and AAA batteries with tlf charger and I wanted to know if there is someone who has already done it and tell me if it is safe or what preventive measures should I take

Yes, and only If the batteries are rechargeable, they can be recharged, but not with anything, but with the corresponding battery charger, anything else can cause explosions or burns or the release of dangerous vapors. luck

Hi the batteries work from a chemical reaction that produces the difference in potential and flow of electrons according to consumption, the formula used is not reversible as in the case of batteries, in batteries there is very clearly the risk of explosion by recharge, most of youtube videos are trout and uploaded by people without technical knowledge, http://www.microsiervos.com/archivo/tecnologia/en-que-se-diferencian-pila-y-bateria.html

Thanks Pato for your comment, it reminds me of the old days maybe more than a decade ago we were in the "everything" forum of the old version of YReparo discussing and learning many electronic physics topics.
Put the source of an answer when done to copy and paste, (microsiervos case) is seen very little now (or never), is gentlemen and not make it happen as their own creation.
regards

It is not advisable to use anything as a charger, it may explode the battery or cause a fire, or not charge what is necessary. regards

I make it easy and simple, no, you are giving it too high voltage. Taking into account that we are talking about an ordinary telephone charger (5v) without adequate protections (that is, trying to charge a bare wire) you have a fairly high risk of ventilation / explosion, even more so if it is NI-CD. The AA and AAA rechargeable batteries almost always deliver 1.2v the chargers indicated for this, they usually run between 1.5v - 2v depending on the manufacturer. In the minor case (ventilation) the batteries would be ruined and a strong case you can blow your fingers. A cell phone charger is usually operated for batteries that are usually 3.7v (most of the market) cell phone batteries, 18650 cells, etc. Regards!
