the solution was to change the capacitor CR403S that according to the diagram is 223j / 630v (22 nanofarad 5% tolerance) and in my case something strange because I did not know if they changed this capacitor but had a 254j / 450v (250 nanofarad 5% tolerance) the case is that I replaced it with the one I had say 254j / 450v and the problem disappeared, it took more than a week that the owner took it and everything ok. in advance thank your attention

Bueno amigo así es la falla esta condensador 254J 250 v  lo único amigo aconsejó es que yo desmonte las bobinas de ampliación una grande y se me olvido marcarla y al ponerle 304J 250v me salía corrida la imagen Asia la derecha  y busque donde esta mi error y intercambie la bobina y eso era  es un mito. Gracia me ayudó la falla y la solucion
