Hello Friend. check the resistors, zener diodes and rectifiers at the source, and change all the small filters of that source and also the opto coupler to new ones, then solve the choper and flayback pins, and check the resistors, diodes and filters that are after of the choper, and does the same with those who are close to the flayback, and check the tsh. It may be on the run. Cheers
