Good afternoon, friends of the forum, I get a Hyundai TV, HTV2020, this TV is totally dead, it has no stamby voltage, I have reviewed everything and everything seems to be good, but I have only one suspect and it is the choper, I only have one 1v outputs is the maximum, I would appreciate any help please. There is no voltage anywhere, and logically the TV will never do anything. logically I believe the fault is in the section of the primary oscillator.

Before removing the transformer .... 1.- Unplug the TV ... 2.- Measure continuity with the ohmmeter at the exit of each diode with respect to ground. 3.- Measure continuity in each diode ... In one direction and in the other sense .... If everything looks good ... Then 4.- Measure continuity between ground and the output of each transformer ... If you're still suspicious .. Take out the transformer ... Maybe you have short in the B + and that's why you have almost 0 volts in the other low voltage outputs
