Good regards to the big family I REPAIR. Friends I have a TV Brand: Panasonic Model: CT - G2156W. TNP2H008 chassis. The voltage is raised to 287vdc in the + b and of course it has burned the TSH and also the avalanche diode d825. Disconnect the + b and the TSH and place a light bulb in parallel with the + b and the voltage regulates a130vdc. Here I list what I have changed: 1) STR 58014A 2) Flayback 3) C809 4) D825 5) TSH 6) Tuning Capacitors linked to Q551 c565, c563. C564 and nothing that regulates the voltage. Also perform the following test. Place a 100w bulb in series disconnecting the L802 and when I give power only a squeak of the flayback is heard, but the voltage is at 287vdc. With this last test, what guarantees me is not to burn more components, but does not regulate the voltage. The truth has me crazy this fault. I deeply appreciate the possible help. Thank you.

Hello Friend. Try another flayback that flayback may have an internal short, you always have to check the elements that are related to that flay. Then check the source, resistors, zener diodes and rectifiers, and change all new small filters, and the opto coupler, --- and check the diodes, filters, and resistors, which are after the choper, and do the same with those who are near the flayback. Diagram here: Panasonic CTG-2156W.pdf [9.18mb] + B raised the problem is purely from the source, check the good condition of the work components and polarization of the STR pins. Did the optocoupler change? Until the required voltage of + B = 130v is recovered or stabilized, keep the focus as a provisional load.
