I have received a TV brand LG chassis MC-83A 6870VM0072F (1) which when giving the power order oscillates for 3 seconds and returns to stand by medi + B encounter 113 vol OK isolate vertical IC, change filters + B, change Fly, check Yugo, check voltage in transformer Driver 113 vol OK, touch up cold welds, measure HOT OK, check capacitor 221 to 2KV and it's OK, voltages of 12 and 5 vol OK but I'm still with the fault. Who can guide me to solve this fault I am very grateful.

Measure video voltage 180V to 200V approx .... if it has oscillation the tv is energized .... change the 250V capacitors that have ... usually they are 2 or 3 (10uF / 250 ...... 2.2uF / 250V ...... 4.7uF / 250V) or check that all micro start voltages arrive ... these are generated by the standby power .... luck

Thanks to Francisco, Felipe and Willy for answering my question the fault was the following as the friend Francisco says he was protected because the vertical ic was defective but by isolating it he would protect himself by not having deflection this ic was supported and ready the TV turned on thanks For your contributions friends.
