TV Tonomac TO-4-14-SLIM-B does not turn on and is protected
I measured each electrolytic of the secondary with a capacimeter and it gave me that it was OK, I am not changing anything else the components, but at the suggestion of the colleagues I replaced the capacitors C552, C572, C556, C468 and C582 and the TV started and it was OK , I emphasize again that when measuring each capacitor replaced with a capacitor they gave me OK results. Thanks for the help.!
