Check if the tube filament turns on. When it does not turn on, there may be a cold weld on the flyback pins or connection points of the cables that connect to the TRC board. The output to the heater is identified by H of heater.

See if the TRC filaments are on or not, because if they are on, then the fault it could be the burnt vertical stage, and in some tv models the typical horizontal strip does not appear, to get you out of doubt, raise the screen pot in the flyback a little, to see if it appears. If so, check status, and positive and negative voltages of LA78040. Check Video + B voltage, both in the main and in the TRC card. Check the filament tension on the TRC card. Check voltage of 1.8 volt. / 2.5 volt. of the RGB that come from the micro-jungle. Comment results. Regards !!

Measuring video voltage from 180VDC to 200VDC on the positive pin of the capacitor which is usually 10uf / 250V or 22uf / 250V .... usually by changing them the fault is solved, also by welding the socket card .... measure if you have 8VDC to 9VDC on the ABL pin ....
