friends I have a riviera tv model rt 21pas without audio the audio ic is the an17821a which for pin 1 receives 17v and for pin 5 that should have 5v only has 1v I would appreciate your help with this fault thanks in advance.

hello did you change the capacitors of the sound stage? check diodes and cold welds. I hope it helps you.
