Colleagues I got a daytron TV DTQ-1450f does not turn on ... when plugging in comes 128 volts b + disconnected el.b + copper when connecting the relay you hear a sound that takes off and therefore.the.tv remains at zero volts ..y b + zero volts. I hope your help the regulator of this tv is the str 58041.I hope your help

Did you measure the TSH and rectifier diodes at the source output? You can disconnect the + B to the fly back and connect a 60 watt lamp and see what happens.
There I send you the diagram of the CN-52N chassis. Something I noticed is that it carries the STR 59041 instead of the STR 58041 that you mentioned.

If the voltage drops to zero with the test lamp, you have the problem at the source.
