If that were not the case I should not heat BUT you should take that stress test on the line of + b I am 100% sure that the + b handles that voltage since it is a TV of 14, this in the absence of diagram any voltage drop there It will be an indication of over consumption. In case you find an overconsumption I recommend testing the TV source isolated from the rest of the equipment. For this I recommend the total extraction of the horizontal output transistor and cut the track that carries the voltage to the primary of the recoil / flyback transformer.
