Daewoo DTQ-20V1SCG TV Chassis CN-100G Screen shines a lot of brightness. Hello everyone, I take this TV to the workshop, in the house that looks for it they told me to shut up and they kept it for a while. When I connected it to the network and gave power on but it lasted only 5 seconds, the screen glowed a lot and turned off. I thought it was the screen that was full, I lowered it and the hard TV turned on longer but still turned off, I LOWERED ALL the screen and it stayed on but still very bright. I imagine that the TV is protected by x-rays. First time I face this case. The second thing that I noticed is that the iamgen does not look complete on the screen a portion of the image is dark, I thought it was the mike that was moved and not. when rotating the yoke it is seen that the portion of the image that looks dark also rotates. Do not notice inflated filters or cold welding, do not take measurements because you did not have the equipment with me. What do you suggest I should check? What measurements should I take to indicate them? Thank you

hello buddy: measure if you have 180v in C410 ... leave pin 3 of fli-bak go to R411-D405-C410 -... and go to the socket of the tube to the amplifiers, video Q902-903 -904 -... also measures the tensions in the cathodes of the tube ... they should walk in the 150v (approx) ... each ... if you do not have tension in C410 change the R411 of 15ohm ... a Once the voltage on the amplifiers is restored, the video goes up the screen and see if there are pictures on the screen ... measure the voltage of + b at C814 and 820 ... it must be at 133v ... measure q, tension you have in pin 8 of fli-bak ... ABL ... comment ... greetings!

Catodos

G: 99V



in the C410 you don't have the 180v q, you should have ... change the C410 of (10mfx250v) x a new one ... change the R411 of (15ohm) x a new one of equal value ... review the welds on pin 3 fli-bak ... may be loose ... change the diode D405 may be damaged ... the D405 is a fast diode- (1n4937g) or similar high recovery ... greetings!



Another thing that I forgot to comment on is that in the configuration of the image on the menu it is personalized, when you change it to the recommended image configuration, the TV shines from the macaron and turns off. To keep it on I had to place dye, color, brightness, contrast at 50%.
Tomorrow I make the changes, what about the value of ABL?



the ABL is demoted under 3v ... but it must be a consequence of q, you do not have 180v in C410 and having high brightness lowers the ABL voltage on pin8 of the fli-bak ... it has q. appear the voltage of 180v the C410, goes to the amplif, video ... if there is no way to lower the brightness ... after changing the comp, q, I suggested before until you have the 180v in C410. ..okay...



hello: if you have the STR-w6735 as a source regulator change the R805 of 0.33ohm x one of 0.22ohm ... or weld in parallel another of 0.33ohm and see if it no longer goes off ... if it goes off it changes the R814 of 0.68ohm x one of 0.47phm x 2w ... or provisionally welded one of 1ohm in parallel with the R814 q, is in the line of the + b ... comment if you have these components in your chassis xq, no I find the cn-100G chassis ... comment ...


