To give power I measure the vortex of + B and the reading that throws me is 60 volts I change the filters of + B 100/160 and the source 100/160 and remains the same. Now, disconnect the horizontal output transistor and the reading is the same. This tv uses the MA8630 as a controller. Awaiting your valuable help, thank you in advance.

Now, if with these tests the result is negative, then the culprit of this reduced + B is only between Error Amplifier I803: DP123 or Opto-Coupler I802: PC-817.
