Hi. Do not comment if the ST LED turns on. Comment everything you did to try to make the TV go so you do not advise what was done
You must measure the other source output voltages.
5v memory micro thinkers, etc.
Disassemble the TSH measure it to see if it is not broken. And plug in the TV without it and see if it turns on the ST and power LED to measure the + b. I think the voltage of DE 88V is in ST mode. I commented everything

104v is fine since this tv works with 103v. The one that is a little reduced to my criteria are the 145v of the primary source electronics.

I have not been able to solve it I am changing the diodes of the source and the nearby components such as capacitors and resistors because the voltage does not pass for the secondary and that has got me tangled up.

You are astray. If according to your contribution the source regulates in - 104v.
