In the five regulator there are 0v output and 0v input, but in the 9v controller there are 12 input and 0v output. remembering that the regulator of 9 is activated from the jungle by means of the pin sw .. the matter is that the TV remains like this until the x501 oxidizer of 4.33619MHz is required, which when done, the TV normally turns on with all its voltages ok. Once the TV is turned off, it will remain the same as it has been commented on ... all this until the oxcilator is excited again ... I tell you that the oscillator has already changed, it is also under the ic501 cleaning the area and welding it perfectly again. .. there are times when after the oxcilator to be excised, the TV works perfectly, that is to say, it turns on and off normally and turns on again without any anomaly.
