These tension values correspond to what I mentioned.
Like the normál, it is that the blue canyon is the one that less conducts, measures the tension between the emitter and the base of the color transistors. Normal is between 0.6 and 0.7V.
Before proceeding to readjust the colors, measure the 3 color transistors. If the blue Tr is open between emitter and base, the highest voltage in the collector is checked.

Yes ... now that I realized there is a resistance that passes through each transistor that is open, I measured it from ohms to megaohms and it does not show me any reading .... I proceeded to change it and the blue color appeared ... and the voltage of 166v disappeared and low .. I think that resistance goes to mass I think !!! Then I will say that resistance and transistor
