I understand your confusion friend because it is integrated works in two ways or two circuits. one works with 2 voltage one negative and one positive normally of -14 and + 14v according to each television. but in your case it works with a unique voltage of 24 to 27v

Hello Friend. before changing or replacing an ic. vertical you have to change the filters that are close to the ic. vertical and change although the diode that feeds the ic is good. vert.
