see if it's your source ... but put the same diode that has the STR that you took from the sharp tv ... well so see the STR in pin4 (Vcc) supports up to 35V .... now I ask you how much is the electrolytic filter that goes on that pin 4 ..... according to this source you can put one of 1N5249BTR (19V half watts) or depending on how much your source works put brand and chassis number
