Hello Friend. If you don't find the data of that eprom. You can do the following, buy a new eprom that is the same number that TV had. and write down the model and number of the mic and you were going to a technician who records memories and who will record it with the factory data. Although I think it would be better if you solve the tuner inside or change that one to another one that is the same number as that since the memory does not grab the channels that it does not find or does not tune into the network.
