TV only in standby

Good, I comment that I am taking my first steps in tv repairs and I need some help. I have to fix a conic tv, cy8863c board ver1.1. The TV is only in standby, has no remote control and does not start by pressing the buttons, it always remains with the LED on and nothing else. I have made some secondary measurements of the choper. 70v a bit unstable towards + B 14v a bit unstable towards vertical. 7v. (I don't understand where they are going well) 14 v fixed (I don't understand where they are going) 5v in EPROM. 5v on swich on. I don't understand well where to measure input voltage in micro jungle. I understand that the voltages are down, but my doubt is that if this is because the TV is only in standby? Or does it just happen that he doesn't receive the ON order? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

That is the diagram, but I still cannot solve the problem.
The TV is always in standby, it does not start, I have removed TSH and put the lamp in series but it does not start, and the secondary voltages of the choper are dropped because it is still in standby.
Now I just made contact on the swich pins for a second, and I see that all the secondary voltages of the choper are stabilized at their correct values, but it still doesn't start.
Any suggestions, thanks.

good afternoon friend disconnect the yoke and you turn it on to see what happens and you comment

I disconnect the yoke and nothing happens.
What seems strange to me is that I don't try to turn on any of the buttons, ch +, ch-, v +, v-, menu, tv / Av.

you should discard the vertical ic and the horizontal ic

I send you an external oscillator diagram and a vpp probe to check the flybck. 1.- unlink the b + pin of the flyback. 2.- an external 15 / 50vcd source is connected to the b + pin of the flyback. The probe connects it to the hot collector. connect the external source and check how much the probe measures. Here you can measure the vpp of the hot, as well as the heater. and vcd that feed the vertical. You can even remove the CI to check only voltages. This way you can make the flyback work without needing the original source or the oscillation of the jungle. regards.

I send you a diagram that we use, this one has many years. Only there are no more coils. The diagram is from a TV BN. As you can see, in this test: we remove the driver transformer and place the external oscillator, the vpp probe is in electronic community, we use diodes 1n4007 because the external source is not greater than 50vcd.- DO NOT connect the vpp probe to the collector of the hot at the voltage of the original source. It has to always be less than 50vcd. Comment how much of vca you have on the line. greetings everyone.

Try one of these eeprom data, place an 8-pin base to avoid desoldering the ic and program an empty eeprom with any of the data that happens to you and tests data eeprom 8873CSCNG6V11.rar [954]
